AIA Denver Presents Outside The Box Exhibit and Reception
AIA Denver is hosting its annual Outside The Box exhibit, on display April 11-May 2 in the lobby of the Park Central Building (1515 Arapahoe St., Ste. 1-110, Denver, CO 80202). The exhibit is open to the public and showcases the work of AIA Colorado and local chapters' 2007 design-award-winning firms as well as work done by these firms outside of the state.
The Outside The Box exhibit is an opportunity to celebrate Colorado architects’ expanding influence in architecture through a display of firms’ built and unbuilt projects outside the state of Colorado. Projects will be presented in a variety of formats and include physical models, original design drawings, napkin sketches, presentation renderings and other media.
In conjunction with Colorado Architecture Week 2008, AIA Denver also will host a reception to celebrate Outside The Box on Thursday, April 17, from 5:30–7:30 p.m. The reception is open to the public, and cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served. Also, an airline gift card giveaway will take place (must be present to win).
Do not miss this opportunity to learn more about what member architects can offer both within and "outside the box" of Colorado.
RSVPs are requested for the reception and can be made by contacting Emily Ewing at 303.446.2266.
